Company: Manning & Napier, Inc.

Appointment: Edward George and Joel Domino

George and Domino were appointed independent directors on the executive board of Manning & Napier. George will serve as a director on the audit, nominating and corporate governance, and compensation committees. He is also a retired Manning & Napier veteran that worked for the company for 14 years, most recently as managing director. Domino will assume an inside director role, without immediately serving on any committees. Prior to this role, Domino served as the president and CFO of Kent Displays Inc. for over 14 years.

Company: S2K Financial Holdings

Appointment: Melissa Socci

Socci was appointed chief marketing officer of S2K Servicing. She will be responsible for connecting and marketing S2K products and solutions to retain investors across the country through IBDs and RIAs. Socci has over 25 years of experience in the financial service industry and most recently served as SVP and head of marketing at LPL Financial.

Appointment: Matt Romano

Romano was appointed tax director at BBD. Romano has worked in the investment management industry for over 10 years, and, prior to joining BBD, he served as the vice president of tax for regulated financial products at BlackRock.

Appointment: Chuck Jaffe

Jaffe was appointed chief editor of RagingBull.com as a part of a plan to change the sites' editorial strategy in order to give investors insight into the minds of traders. Jaffe is expected to help facilitate the institution of a new ethics/disclosure policy for both traders and journalists that are collaborating together in order to give the websites' content journalistic integrity. Jaffe previously worked as a syndicated financial columnist and was the host of the "Money Life with Chuck Jaffe" podcast/radio show. He was also a senior columnist at MarketWatch for 14 years.

Company: Foresight Wealth Management

Appointment: Paul Hutchinson and Donaldson Hartman

Hutchinson was appointed partner of Foresight and will lead the firm's growth strategy to aid advancement into new wealth management spaces. Hutchinson has over 15 years of experience in the wealth management industry and previously served as the director of capital markets at the Bridge Investment Group. Hartman was appointed as executive chairman of Foresight and will lead the creation of the new advisory board. Hartman has 26 years of experience in corporate and commercial banking as well as private equity fund management. Prior to this appointment, Hartman was one of the co-founders of Bridge Investment Group.

Appointment: Jeff Cimini

Cimini was appointed to lead Voya Financials' Retirement Product Organization. Cimini will oversee the team that deals with all aspects of centralized retirement product functions which includes product management, development, strategy, pricing, and competitive intelligence. Cimini will be based in Voyas' Windsor, Connecticut office. He will directly report to Charlie Nelson, the CEO of Retirement. Previously, Cimini was head of strategy for TIAAs' Institutional Financial Services division as well as head of sales and client services of TIAAs' select institutional clients.

Appointment: Steven Cook

Cook was appointed senior vice president within State Streets' U.S. Investment Service Business. In this role, Cook will oversee a board range of relationships with clients operating diverse fund structures in the U.S. and globally. Steven Cook previously served 20 years at BNY Mellon, most recently occupying the role as head of the structured products service business.
