Filings for Fundsters - April 17, 2017

Portfolio Managers


As of April 7, Kristin Crawford no longer serves as a PM for several funds in the HC Capital Trust, including the Value Equity Portfolio, the Institutional Value Equity Portfolio, the Growth Equity Portfolio, the Institutional Growth Equity Portfolio, the Small Capitalization – Mid Capitalization Equity Portfolio, the Institutional Small Capitalization – Mid Capitalization Equity Portfolio, the Real Estate Securities Portfolio, the Commodity Returns Strategy Portfolio, the International Equity Portfolio, the Institutional International Equity Portfolio and the Emerging Markets Portfolio.

Anthony Burger no longer serves as a PM of the Nuveen Large Cap Select Fund. Burger is replaced by Evan Staples. David Johnson and Andrew Rem are now co-PMs of the Nuveen Small Cap Value Fund.

Fund Liquidations


On May 26, the GMG Defensive Beta Fund, a member of the Northern Lights Fund Trust, will terminate and liquidate.

On June 22, the Nuveen Symphony Dynamic Equity Fund will terminate and liquidate.

Trustees


On June 16, State Street Bank and Trust Company will resign as trustee for the SPDR Dow Jones Industrial AverageSM ETF Trust and the SPDR S&P500 ETF Trust. State Street Global Advisors Trust Company will replace State Street Bank and Trust Company for both funds.

Share Classes


As of April 1, the Putnam Low Volatility Equity Fund has halted the purchase of Class B shares of the fund.

Fund Mergers


The Highland Funds board has reversed course on a planned fund merger, terminating the agreement that would have merged the Highland Opportunistic Credit Fund into the NexPoint Opportunistic Credit Fund. Yet the now-defunct merger agreement was previously approved by both the board (in October 2016) and by the Highland Opportunistic Credit Funds' shareholder (in February 2017).
