Mark Laskin no longer serves as a PM to BP Capital Fund Advisors, LLC's BP Capital TwinLine Energy Fund. William Woodson Rodgers, III is now a PM of the fund.

Fund Mergers and Liquidations

On January 27, Towle & Co.'s Towle Deep Value Fund will be publicly offered on a limited basis.

On March 17, the RidgeWorth Aggressive Growth Allocation Strategy will terminate and liquidate.

Investment Strategy

On March 28, the All Asset Moderate Growth – Alt 15 Portfolio will update its investment strategies and undergo a name change, becoming the 1290 VT DoubleLine Dynamic Portfolio. Additionally, DoubleLine Capital will become a subadvisor to the fund.

On April 28, the Delaware VIP Smid Cap Growth Series will change its investment strategies. The fund will also undergo a name change and become the Delaware VIP Smid Cap Core Series. The rebranded fund will also shift its benchmark from Russell 2500 Growth Index to the Russell 2500 Index.

The Calvert Global Energy Solutions Fund is updating their annual fund operating expenses.
