Today fundsters and fund directors are gathering in two cities for a pair of conferences. The Independent Directors Council (
IDC) is beginning its 2016
Fund Directors Conference today in Chicago, while
Informa is beginning its 2016 U.S.
FundForum in Boston. Meanwhile, RIAs and fundsters will begin day two of
IMPACT today in San Diego.

Day one of Fund Forum "NextGen Distribution" kicks off this morning at the Mandarin Oriental in Beantown with introductory remarks and a special leaders' breakfast, too. The three-day conference will feature a "Women in Fund Distribution" breakfast tomorrow. The conference is scheduled to wrap up with a networking lunch on Thursday.
