Fuhlbrugge has been appointed associate director, Marketing and Client Service at Impax. Previously, she was a portfolio analyst on the multi-asset solutions team at Russell Investments.

Promotion: Melissa Hodgman

Hodgeman has been named the associate director in the SEC’s enforcement division. She succeeds Stephen Cohen, who left the SEC in June.

Promotion: Michael Smith

Smith has been appointed chief financial officer. Smith succeeds Ewout L. Steenbergen, who has served as CFO of Voya since 2010. On November 4, Steenbergen will become executive vice president and chief financial officer of S&P Global.
