Portfolio Managers
Boris Peresechensky will no longer serve as PM of the Semper MBS Total Return Fund and the Semper Short Duration Fund.
Dirk Aufderheide is a new co-PM for the Deutsche European Equity Fund.
As of October 1, Keith G. Huckerby and Jennifer Moroney will no longer serve as co-PMs of the Balanced Fund, the Aggressive Allocation Fund, the Moderately Aggressive Allocation Fund, the Moderate Allocation Fund, the Moderately Conservative Allocation Fund and the Conservative Allocation Fund. They will be replaced by Mark Heppenstall and Zhiwei Ren.

Mergers & Liquidations
As of September 20, the Snow Capital Inflation Advantaged Equities Fund, the Snow Capital Mid Cap Value Fund and the Snow Capital Hedged Equity Fund will be terminated and liquidated.
On October 28, the Columbia Large Cap Growth Fund II and the Columbia Large Cap Growth Fund V will merge with and into the Columbia Large Cap Growth Fund III.
On October 31, the Meydenbauer Dividend Growth Fund will be closed and liquidated.
On October 28, the ASTON/Herndon Large Cap Value Fund will terminate and liquidate.
On October 20, the BRC Large Cap Focus Equity Fund will terminate and liquidate. The BRC Mid Cap Diversified Equity Fund, which never officially launched, will also terminate, but it will not liquidate.
On September 30, the CrowdInvest Wisdom ETF will be terminated and liquidated.
As of September 21, the Active Assets California Tax-Free Trust, the Active Assets Government Securities Trust, the Active Assets Money Trust, and the Active Assets Tax-Free Trust will be terminated.

Investment Strategy
On November 1, the AST Global Real Estate Portfolio is changing its benchmark. It will no longer track the S&P Developed BMI Property Net Index, and will instead track the FTSE EPRA/NAREIT Developed Real Estate Net Index.

Subadvisors
Columbus Circle Investors will no longer serve as subadvisor to Guidestone Funds's Small Cap Equity Fund.
On October 17, Herndon Capital Management will no longer serve as subadvisor to the AST Value Equity Portfolio. T. Rowe Price Associates will become the new subadvisor.
On October 1, Diamond Hill Capital Management will become a co-subadvisor to the Columbia Funds Series Trust II.

As of November 30, the GE Institutional Funds will be rebranded to the State Street Institutional Funds. State Street just bought GE, as reported by MFWire.
On October 19, the EGShares Beyond BRICs ETF, the EGShares EM Core ex-China ETF, the EGShares EM Quality Dividend ETF, the EGShares EM Strategic Opportunities ETF, the EGShares Emerging Markets Consumer ETF, the EGShares Emerging Markets Core ETF, the EGShares India Consumer ETF, the EGShares India Infrastructure ETF, and the EGShares India Small Cap ETF will rebrand into the Columbia Beyond BRICs ETF, the Columbia EM Core ex-China ETF, the Columbia EM Quality Dividend ETF, the Columbia EM Strategic Opportunities ETF, the Columbia Emerging Markets Consumer ETF, the Columbia Emerging Markets Core ETF, the Columbia India Consumer ETF, the Columbia India Infrastructure ETF, and the Columbia India Small Cap ETF, respectively. Columbia recently acquired Emerging Global Advisors, as reported by MFWire.
