Fidelity PM
Charles Myers is
expected to return this quarter from a leave of absence. Myers was PM of: the
Fidelity Small Cap Discovery Fund and the
Fidelity Series Small Cap Discovery Fund.

Ronald C. Dugan, Jr. is
no longer an officer or PM for the
GuideStone Funds.
Corsan Maley joined the PM team for the
Nationwide Bond Fund, and
Chad Finefrock joined the the PM team for the
Nationwide Government Bond Fund and the
Nationwide Inflation-Protected Securities Fund.
Sanjeev Lakhani is
no longer a PM on the
Henderson International Select Equity Fund.
Richard B. England is retiring from
Atlanta Capital Management Company on October 31. Atlanta subadvises the
Eaton Vance Atlanta Capital Focused Growth Fund, so England will also
step down from PMing that fund.
Research analyst
John Sheehy joined the PM teams for: the
Fidelity Advisor Series Stock Selector Large Value Fund, the
Fidelity Series Stock Selector Large Cap Fund, the
Fidelity Series Stock Selector Large Cap Value Fund, the
Fidelity Mid Cap Value Fund, and the
Fidelity Stock Selector Large Cap Value Fund.
Nick Yu no longer PMs several
Great-West funds, including: the
Great-West Bond Index Fund, the
Great-West Short Duration Bond Fund, and the
Great-West U.S. Government Mortgage Securities Fund.
Daniel Manion, a PM on the
Sentinel Balanced Fund and the
Sentinel Common Stock Fund,
will retire in Q2 2017.
Federated's Ruggero de'Rossi no longer PMs the
Federated International Bond Strategy Portfolio and the
Federated Emerging Market Debt Fund, effective August 9.
Roman Ranoch of
Natixis' AEW Capital Management died earlier this month. Ranoch was a PM on the
Pioneer Real Estate Fund and the
Natixis AEW Real Estate Fund.

On August 15, the
Touchstone Strategic Trust acquired the assets and liabilities of the
DSM Global Growth Fund and the

Federated plans to liquidate the
Federated Tax-Free Money Market Fund on September 23.
On July 27, the
AB High-Yield Portfolio, a series of the
AB Pooling Portolios,
merged into a fund with the same name but in a different series, the
AB Bond Fund.
Aberdeen plans to liquidate the
Aberdeen Multi-Manager Alternative Strategies Fund II on October 14.
First Trust is
seeking fund shareholder approval to
merge a closed-end fund, the
First Trust Dividend Income Fund, into an ETF, the
First Trust High Income ETF.
Cupps Capital Management and
ALPS plan to liquidate the
Cupps All Cap Growth Fund and the
Cupps Mid Cap Growth Fund on August 31.
Croft Funds Corporation plans to liquidate the
Croft Focus Fund on August 31.
Hartford plans to liquidate the
Hartford Global Alpha Fund and the
Hartford Duration-Hedged Strategic Income Fund on October 21.
Wells Fargo plans to merge the
Wells Fargo Municipal Money Market Fund into the
Wells Fargo National Tax-Free Money Market Fund and is seeking fund shareholder approval.

close the

On September 1,
Putnam will
update the fee schedules for a number of its funds, including: the
Putnam Absolute Return 700 Fund, the
Putnam Emerging Markets Equity Fund, the
Putnam Global Consumer Fund, the
Putnam Global Energy Fund, the
Putnam Global Financials Fund, the
Putnam Global Industrials Fund, the
Putnam Global Natural Resources Fund, the
Putnam Global Technology Fund, the
Putnam Global Telecommunications Fund, the
Putnam International Value Fund, the
Putnam Small Cap Growth Fund, the
Putnam Multi-Cap Growth Fund, and the Putnam International Equity Fund.
Eaton Vance updated the fee schedule for the
Eaton Vance Worldwide Health Sciences Fund.
T. Rowe Price will
lower the expense limitation on the
T. Rowe Price Equity Index 500 Fund on September 1.
Hartford will
lower its management fee on the
Hartford Global All-Asset Fund on November 1.
Hartford will
increase the contractual management fee waiver on the
Hartford Balanced HLS Fund on January 1, 2017.
