Fund Updates

The SunAmerica Series, Inc. will change the name of the Focused Balance Strategy Portfolio to SunAmerica Active Allocation Portfolio.

Class R6 shares were established today for the Nuveen NWQ Flexible Income Fund.

Management, PM or Subadvisors Updates

As of today, Karl E. Bandtel will no longer be a PM for the Vanguard Energy Fund after he retires from Wellington Management. Gregory J. LeBlanc is now the only PM from Wellington Management's portion of the Fund.

Gek Lang Lee will no longer be the PM for the AST Global Real Estate Portfolio of Advanced Series Trust as of today.

Newton Capital Management Limited , a subadvisor, changed its name to Newton Investment Management (North America) Limited.

The following Janus funds have been updated to add new PMs: Cody Wheaton will serve as a new executive vice president and co-PM to the Janus Enterprise Fund; Scott Stutzman will serve as a new executive vice president and co-PM to the Janus Triton Fund and the Janus Venture Fund. This will be effective on July 1.

Sandra Cavanaugh resigned from her position as an Interested Trustee of the Trust and retired from Russell today.

Newfound Research LLC was replaced by J.A. Forlines as the subadvisor to RiskX Investments' Rx Tactical Rotation Fund.

Reorganization of Funds

All assets that currently belong to "Appleton Equity Growth Fund, a series of Appleton Funds ,(predecessor fund)" are going to be moved to the current fund in a tax-free reorganization.

Terminated Funds

BPV Wealth Preservation Fund closed the public offering of its shares on June 29. Shares can no longer be purchased and the fund is set to be liquidated around August 29.
