A RidgeWorth Investments [profile] sales executive just moved, to a different state and a different side of the industry.

Matthew Waters Ridgeworth Investments Branch Manager

Finra BrokerCheck confirms that Robert Waters, who goes by Matthew, joined discount brokerage Scottrade this month. He now serves as a branch manager in Louisville, Kentucky. Waters previously served as internal sales manager at Atlanta, Georgia-based RidgeWorth, working with a team of ten internal wholesalers.

A spokeswoman for RidgeWorth was not immediately able to comment on how Waters' duties are being handled. And MFWire could not immediately reach Waters himself for comment on the move.

An alumnus of Florida State University, Waters joined RidgeWorth two years ago. Prior to that he had sales roles at Aquila, Fifth Third, Russell, and Raymond James.
