A $2.2-billion, three-star mutual fund is adding two subadvisors and removing another.

On Monday ICMA-RC's mutual fund arm, Vantagepoint Investment Advisers [profile], added Fred Alger [profile] and T. Rowe Price [profile] as subadvisors to the Vantagepoint Growth Fund. Vantagepoint also dropped Victory Capital Management as a subadvisor to the same fund. Columbus Circle Investors and Westfield Capital Management Company will also continue to subadvise the fund, too.

Spokesmen for T. Rowe and Vantagepoint declined to comment on the changes. MFWire could not immediately reach spokespeople for Alger or Victory for comment.

The fund in question is more than 16 years old and has two share classes, T shares and investor shares. Alger's Patrick Kelly and Ankur Crawford and T. Rowe's Larry Puglia are being added to the fund's list of PMs.
