The Henderson Global Investors [profile] team are converting their B shares into A shares.

In a recent filing with the SEC, Henderson confirms plans to convert B shares of four mutual funds — its European Focus, Global Technology, International Opportunities, and Strategic Income funds — into A shares on November 4. A spokeswoman for Henderson confirms that these are the only four Henderson funds that offer B shares.

Chuck Thompson, head of North America distribution for Henderson, was not immediately available for comment on the shift.
