Wellington Management has subbed for Nicholas Applegate Capital as subadvisor to the Talvest Global Small Cap Fund. The Canadian fund is an underlying portfolio for a number of Talvest funds, including: Talvest Global Small Cap RSP Fund, Talvest Global Multi Management Fund, Talvest Global Multi Management RSP Fund, Synchrony Performance Portfolio and Synchrony Performance RRSP Portfolio.

Talvest officials did not provide a reason for the change in subadvisors to the funds.

This is not the first time Wellington Management and Talvest will be working together. Wellington has sub-advised the Talvest Global Health Care Fund for the past five years.
