Voya Investment Management's [profile] advisor sales effort now has two chiefs.

On Monday Voya's intermediary distribution chief, Mark Spina, took a similar role at Pioneer. A spokesman for Voya confirms that advisor and private wealth channel chief Jake Tuzza and retirement and investment-only channel chief John Uricchio "will take over day-to-day leadership for the financial intermediary business."

"Both Jake and John will report to Shaun Matthews, head of Voya IM's client group until we name a successor," Voya spokesman Chris Breslin tells MFWire in an e-mailed statement. "Our commitment to intermediary distribution remains unchanged, and it continues to be a key part of our overall growth strategy."
