Reuters is devoting attention to another burgeoning alt product line-up.

The newswire take a gander at the recently launched Neuberger Berman Long Short Multi-Manager Fund. It is now the second alt offered by Neuberger.

Reuters writer Sam Forgione writes "the timing of Neuberger Berman's new fund appears prescient." He notes that "investors have flocked this year to these types of "long/short" funds partly on concerns that the U.S. stock market could fall from its highs, said Jeff Tjornehoj, head of Americas research at Lipper."
