. The price for Beacon will pay for the property will likely reach up to $880 million.
The paper reports that Beacon and Hancock are now in exclusive talks to finalize a deal for the property. Negotiations are not expected to be complete for another 30 to 45 days. The deal will reportedly cover the Copley Square 60-story glass-walled tower, the 30-story Hancock tower and third 12-story building located nearby.
