In the latest offering of
Voya shares, ING Groep shaved its ownership in its U.S. subsidiary down to 57 percent, garnering $974 million, reports
Bloomberg and
BusinessWeek.
The news outlets report that ING had sold 33 million shares for $29.50.
Meanwhile, the underwriters for the deal
exercised the right to buy an additional 4.95 million shares.
