Mark Johnson has been steadily progressing in his role at TIAA-CREF [profile]. The University of Louisville grad, who has been with TIAA-CREF since August 2010, has been promoted to director, talent acquisition and sourcing team - global asset management and real estate. The promotion was made effective this month.

From June 2011 to May 2013, Johnson served as manager, talent acquisition, individual and institutional businesses at TIAA-CREF. Before that he was the firm's senior talent acquisition consultant.

Prior to his advancement within TIAA-CREF, Johnson served as the vice president, corporate and executive recruiter at Union Bank and Highmark Capital Management. He updated his LinkedIn profile to reflect the recent promotion.
