A Virtus Fund Is To Be Liquidated

On June 4, 2013, the board of trustees of the Virtus [profile]Insight Trust voted to liquidate the Virtus High Yield Income Fund. Effective July 23, 2013, the fund will be closed to new investors and additional investor deposits. The expected date of liquidation is on or about July 23, 2013. [SEC Filing].
