On March 26, $7-billion AUM shop Aspiriant unveiled its first mutual fund, the Aspiriant Risk-Managed Global Equity Fund. The new fund is powered by AQR Capital Management [profile], Dimensional Fund Advisors [profile] and Parametric Risk Advisors [profile].

On April 1, DoubleLine Capital [profile] will launch its first equities mutual fund, the DoubleLine Equities Small Cap Growth Fund. The launch of the open-end, domestic stock mutual fund follows DoubleLine's recent hiring of TCW equity PMs Husam Nazer and Brendt Stallings to lead the brand new DoubleLine Equity unit.
