In an effort to woo investors back to its altering active stock funds, the world’s largest asset manager has poached 
Lawrence Kemp from 
UBS  {
profile], according to 
Bloomberg.
 
Kemp, who was head of U.S. large-cap growth equity at UBS, will be a managing director and head of BlackRock’s fundamental large- cap growth team when he joins the firm Dec. 10, according to the newswire.
