Carey Foran Hoch, the former John Hancock [profile] marketing exec recently hired by Fidelity [profile], will serve as senior vice president and head of marketing at Fidelity Financial Advisors Solutions.

She will report to Lynne Goldman, chief administrative officer of the unit. Goldman had previously held the role.

Fidelity Financial Advisors Solutions is the business unit dedicated to providing investment management services through investment professionals at financial institutions nationwide, including wirehouses, regional and independent broker/dealers, banks, trust companies and insurance companies, according to a company spokesperson.

The company offers Fidelity Advisor Funds, Variable Insurance Product (VIP) Portfolios, systematic investment plans, institutional money market funds and a comprehensive line of retirement products and services.

“In her role, Hoch will lead marketing strategy, marketing communications, e-marketing/web strategy and thought leadership to position Fidelity Financial Advisors Solutions for future success,” said Fidelity spokesperson Erica Birke. “We’re looking forward to leveraging Carey’s extensive marketing background in brand development, integrated campaigns and sales-driven communications.”
