Timothy Brand is no longer senior VP of Calamos Investments. The 10-year veteran of the mutual fund firm now serves Bethesda, Maryland-based ETF provider ProShares.

A ProShares press release indicated that Brand will act as ProShares' new director of financial professionals, although Brand lists himself as director of national sales on his LinkedIn profile. In this role, he will lead ProShares' distribution team and will be based in the Bethesda office.

According to LinkedIn, Brand left Calamos and began his tenure at ProShares in April.

A representative of Calamos confirmed Brand's departure from Calamos. Brand himself was not available for comment.
