Van Eck's [profile] Market Vectors unit will launch its 46th exchange-traded fund today. The Markets Vectors International High-Yield Bond ETF (IHY) will trade on the NYSE Arca.

Benzinga expects the new Market Vectors ETF, with an expense ratio capped at 40 basis points, to rival the iShares Global ex USD High Yield Corporate Bond Fund.
