Former Victory Capital Management chairman and CEO Robert Wagner has signed on as an independent director at Stadion Money Management [profile].

Wagner is one of three additions to Stadion's board. The others are John Walters, most recently president and chief operating officer of Hartford Life Insurance, and Rick Wolfert, most recently vice chairman of commercial finance company CIT.

Their addition brings the total number of Stadion directors to seven.

Stadion, based out of Watkinsville, George, is majority owned by private equity firm TA Associates. Stadion runs two mutual funds and offers separate account services and retirement account investment advisory services.
