John Hailer is a good guy. The president and CEO of Natixis Global Asset Management [profile] in the Americas and Asia will be honored at the Good Guys Awards luncheon today in Boston.

The Massachusetts Women's Political Caucus launched the Good Guys Awards in 2002 to "honor men who demonstrate an ongoing commitment and partnership in achieving equality for women," according to its Web site.

Other honorees this year include Boston Mayor Thomas Menino and House Majority Whip Byron Rushing.
