Russell Investments [see profile] has
filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission to launch six actively-managed, domestic-equity ETFs,
Morningstar reports.
The funds will employ a multi-manager approach and will be PMed by
Robert Kuharic, who is currently a portfolio manager for a number of Russell's multi-manager mutual funds.
In addition, Russell has also
filed to launch international developed-equities factor ETFs with a planned expense ratio of 25 basis points, which is lower than Russell's existing U.S. large-cap and U.S. small-cap factor ETF.
