GMO Preps a Natural Resources Offering

GMO[see profile] has filed to launch the GMO Resources in December, Morningstar reports.

The fund will bet on companies in the natural-resources sector using ETFs and derivatives. Ben Inker, Thomas Hancock, and Sam Wilderman will PM the fund. GMO has not revealed the planned fund's fee structure.
