Joe Mansueto is in the news, but not for his role as CEO of Morningstar. Mansueto, reports Mary Morrison of Crain's ChicagoRealEstateDaily, is buying eight townhome lots on St. James Place near Chicago's Lake Michigan, from Ricker-Murphy Development, to build a 7,200-square-foot home.

According to the pub, Mansueto already has a condo on nearby Lincoln Park West. The new house would be near both Lincoln Park and Lake Michigan.
