Becker Value Equity
Fund. The Institutional shares, which require a minimum initial investment of $250,000, carry an expense ratio of 69 basis points. [

Officials of the Portland, Oregon-based firm said the minimum investment requirement may be waived for "certain fee-based programs, pension plans, and financial intermediaries that submit trades on behalf of underlying investors."
The fund's retail shares have a minimum initial investment of $2,500 and sport an expense ratio of 94 bps.

BECKER CAPITAL MANAGEMENT LAUNCHES INSTITUTIONAL SHARE CLASS
PORTLAND, OR-- August 24, 2011 --Becker Capital Management announced today the introduction of a new Institutional share class for the firm's Large Cap Value strategy, the Becker Value Equity Fund. The new share class will serve institutional investors, including fee-based programs, pension plans, foundations and endowments and meet the growing demands of distribution partners and the institutional marketplace. The ticker symbol for the Institutional share class is BVEIX.
Becker Capital's Institutional share class will carry a lower expense structure than the retail share class currently offered. A minimum investment of $250,000 is
required for the Institutional class shares, but this requirement may be waived for certain
fee-based programs, pension plans, and financial intermediaries that submit trades on behalf of underlying investors.
Class I shares will be available directly or through third party retirement platforms, major mutual fund supermarkets, bank channels, and independent registered investment advisors.
