Evermore Global Advisors, the Summit, New Jersey-based firm started by Mutual Series alums in 2009, has landed $4 million in equity financing, CityBizList reports.

According to the pub, Evermore raised $6 million out of a targeted $10 million equity offering in March of last year.

Evermore, founded by David Marcus and Eric LeGoff, launched two mutual funds in December 2009. The firm also manages separate accounts.
