Bill Gross has reportedly acquired a Beverly Hills house that Hollywood actress
Jennifer Aniston placed on the market earlier this year.
The
Wall Street Journal's Market Beat blog yesterday
picked up on the
item from a real estate blog,
The Real Estalker.
The asking price, according to the
Los Angeles Times, was $42 million and "area real estate agents report the Trousdale Estates home went for $37 million to $38 million."
The house features five bedrooms, 7 1/2 bathrooms, two living rooms, a pair of kitchens and a gym.
Aniston acquired the house for $13.5 million in 2006, according to the LA Times.
