Eagle Asset Management is bringing management of the Eagle Growth & Income Fund in-house. The fund's board of trustees on March 25 greenlighted the termination of the fund's sub-advisory contract with Thornburg Investment Management [SEC filing] Eagle Asset Management will take over management of the fund on or about June 1.

Thornburg has sub-advised the fund since July 2001.
