Fundsters interested in the hot active ETF business may want to take a look at two proposed offerings from
Huntington Asset Advisors [
see profile]. Last summer the Columbus, Ohio-based asset manager filed to launch a pair of active ETFs [see
The MFWire, 6/21/2010], and now on Monday Huntingon revealed more details [
see filing].
Huntington aims to launch the
Huntington US Equity Rotati on Strategy ETF and the
Huntington EcoLogical Strategy ETF in July. Both ETFs will cost 95 basis point. Vice president
Paul Koscik will PM US Equity Rotati on Strategy and vice president
Brian Salerno will PM EcoLogical Strategy.
Citi will serve as administrator, custodian, fund accountant and transfer agent.
SEI will handle distribution and
Bernstein Shur will provide legal counsel. Huntington has not yet named the ETFs' independent accounting firm.
