KeyBank subsidiary Victory Capital Management [see profile] has promoted its co-presidents, David Brown and Christopher Ohmacht, to co-CEOs, Pensions & Investments reports.

The former CEO, Robert Wagner, continues as chairman.

The appointment of Brown and Ohmacht represents the culmination of a leadership transition that was first announced last fall, Wagner told the pub.
