In his stead, Nancy Wolcott
, previously head of U.S. Funds Services, will take the reins a dn be responsible for running the business, but not CEO. That role will not be filled, according to a company spokesman, confirmed Wynne's resignation, which took place in December 2010. The spokesman declined to comment further.
Wynne was named CEO of Fund Services last July after the $2.31 billion acquisition of PNC Global Investment Servicing
