Richard England, manager of the $1.6 billion Calvert Equity Portfolio [see profile], is bullish on the “unloved” financial sector, InvestmentNews reports.

England, who manages the fund along with two other PMs and five analysts on a subadvisory basis at Atlanta Capital Management LLC, is currently overweight financial sector stocks to the tune of 17.5 percent versus a 14 percent weighting by the S&P 500. England reportedly favors JPMorgan Chase & Co., Wells Fargo & Co., Franklin Resources Inc. [see profile], and T. Rowe Price Group Inc. [see profile].

In addition, England is also reportedly bullish on technology stocks.
