British company Informa recently purchased Cambridge, Massachusetts-based mutual fund tracker EPFR Global, Reuters reports. The pricing of the deal was not made public.

The wire service reports that under the new ownership structure, EPFR Global's co-founders, Brad Durham and Dwight Ingalsbe, are staying on with the firm.
