Brent Lynn of Janus Overseas [see profile;

Rohit Sah of Oppenheimer International Small Company [see profile];

and David Winters of Wintergreen [see profile].

Morningstar revealed its domestic-stock nominees yesterday (see The MFWire, 12/13/2010), and it will reveal the fixed-income nominees tomorrow. Winners will be announced in the first week of January.
