Ex-Janus Capital Group CEO Gary Black brought in Sean Simon, former CEO of Ivy Asset Management (not to be confused with Waddell & Reed's Ivy Investment Management Company) as president of Black Capital Management, Pensions & Investments reports.

The president post is a newly created role at Black Capital, which came into existence late last year.

Black Capital plans to offer hedge funds, mutual funds, SMAs and active ETFs.
