Forget what you heard, Russell Investments is not for sale, say the honchos at insurer Northwestern Mutual, Russell parent. Doman has overseen the relocation of the firm from sleepy Tacoma to somewhat less sleepy Seattle to bring the manager-of-managers closer to the mainstream. Even with the move, Seattle is a long flight away from Boston and New York, especially for a McKinsey alum.
