Larry Fink and
Pimco [

Bill Gross are among the 68 chosen by the mag. (Why 68? "There are 6.8 billion on the planet. Here are 68 who matter," Forbes writes)

Fink came in at No. 48, one spot below JPMorgan CEO Jamie Dimon and one spot above ExxonMobil CEO Rex Tillerson. Aside from noting that BlackRock is the world's largest
money manager with $3.15 trillion in AUM,
Forbes writes that Fink is "said to be on permanent speed-dial at U.S. Treasury."
Gross placed 59th on the list. The 66-year-old, who calls the shots at the world's
largest bond fund, has chalked up "impressive returns where others have failed, but true power comes from role as consigliore to world's financial elite," the mag writes.
