Fundsters interested in 401(k) plans may want to take a look at Chuck Jaffe's latest article. Yesterday the MarketWatch columnist reports on the new 401(k) disclosure regulations released last week by the Department of Labor (see The MFWire, 8/15/2010).

Jaffe doesn't exactly see the new regs as game-changing.

"The new rule represents improvement, but only for the workers who take advantage of the new information they get," Jaffe writes. "Sadly, most won't give it more than a cursory look."
