RiverNorth Capital [see profile] today filed papers with the SEC to launch a mutual fund sub-advised by Jeff Gundlach's DoubleLine Capital LP. [SEC filing]

Gundlach, former chief investment officer of TCW and currently CEO and CIO of Los Angeles-based DoubleLine [see profile], will be among the PMs of the RiverNorth/DoubleLine Strategic Income Fund, along with RiverNorth's Patrick Galley and Stephen O'Neill.

Expense ratios for the fund's class R and I shares are not yet listed.

Northern Trust will serve as custodian, Thompson Hine as legal counsel and Cohen Fund Audit Services as the independent registered public accounting firm.

The filing does not contain names of the distributor, transfer agent and administrator.
