Don Yacktman is the focus of an
article that appeared Sunday in the
New York Post. The article delves into the role religion plays in Yacktman's approach.
"I pray each day for guidance, I have gotten down on my knees and asked God for help," says Yactkman, who converted from Catholicism to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints when he was in his teens and has served as a bishop of his church.
Yacktman, who runs the
Yacktman Fund and
Yacktman Focused
Fund together with his son Stephen, tells the pub that
his religion reminds him that patience is a virtue.
"In our business, I think the focus is getting shorter
and shorter," he says.
