Acadian Asset Management has hired Joshua White as portfolio manager and researcher. He will start at the Boston-based Old Mutual subsidiary next month, Pensions & Investments reports.

Previously, White worked at the SEC's division of risk, strategy and financial innovation as an assistant director for disclosure and governance.
