Phocas Financial Corporation's Phocas Small Cap Value Fund will be heading into the arms of Frontegra Funds if shareholders give their nod. The fund will be reorganized into the Frontegra Phocas Small Cap Value Fund, a newly created series of Frontegra Funds.

A shareholder vote is set for October 5.

After the reorganization, Frontegra Asset Management [see profile] will become the investment adviser and Phocas Financial [see profile] will serve as sub-adviser.
