The Investment Company Institute and Independent Directors Council are hosting a one-day conference today in Washington, D.C. regarding the Supreme Court's decision in the Jones v Harris case.

Panelists include Ropes & Gray' John Donovan, who represented Harris Associates in the case.

The event is taking place at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center.

The conference, which is closed to the media, comes two weeks after the Supreme Court unanimously overruled the Seventh Circuit's dismissal of Jones v. Harris Associates.
