The feds have charged Bernard Jaffe, an executive at Salomon Smith Barney
, with fraud. He was arrested in West Palm Beach yesterday, according to an article in The New York Post
. Jaffe allegedly "duped" the Bank of New York into extending him a $20 million line of credit. He allegedly did this by using tax returns signed by a dead accountant.
