The feds have charged Bernard Jaffe, an executive at 
Salomon Smith Barney, with fraud. He was arrested in West Palm Beach yesterday, according to an article in 
The New York Post. Jaffe allegedly "duped" the Bank of New York into extending him a $20 million line of credit. He allegedly did this by using tax returns signed by a dead accountant.
