The long-awaited RFP for the new Washington State 529 plan is out. The Washington State Higher Education Coordinating Board and the Washington State Investment Board are issuing the RFP jointly.

The state is seeking three types of services: investment management, account administration and participant services, and marketing services. Washington will consider proposals from firms for individual services as well as from firms seeking to provide all services.
