Cohen & Steers is in the Homestretch of a Wholesaler Hunt

Cohen & Steers, a New York City-based REIT mutual fund specialist, is in the final stages of its search for a wholesaler to cover Southern California and Nevada, according to a company insider.

The previous occupant of the wholesaler post left the firm in October.

Cohen & Steers currently has 11 external wholesalers.
